Booking Conditions
A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to your holiday.
For late bookings the total amount is required on the date of booking. We accept cash, cheques or bank transfers.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is payable with each booking, this is refunded within 14days of the end of your holiday when villa has been checked.
Check out time is 10.30am on the day of departure unless special arrangements have been agreed in writing at the time of booking.
Check in time is 3pm
Change over days are flexible.
